Job summary

Via is seeking a Field Manager for its Transit-as-a-Service Operations team in the United States. You’ll manage daily in-person operations, drive improvements, and ensure top-notch customer experience while guiding driver supply to meet demand.

This role requires hands-on leadership, end-to-end ownership of a book of business, and the ability to work across teams. On-site work 4–5 days a week with global transit expertise a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a book of business with KPI targets.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication with partners, drivers, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and a stellar customer experience.
• Oversee in-person operations; accommodate early mornings or evenings.
• Manage driver supply to align vehicles with demand.
• Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes and tools.
• Analyze KPIs to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
