Job summary

Via is seeking a Field Manager for its Transit-as-a-Service Operations team in the United States. This fully in-person role requires onsite presence 4-5 days per week to manage driver supply and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving process improvements and growth.

You will analyze metrics, coordinate with a broad team, and own end-to-end operations that scale with growth. Strong project management, communication, and a passion for transportation equity are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and operational process improvement.
• Strong customer service orientation and team leadership.
• Multi-site management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee in-person operations 4-5 days per week, including early mornings/evenings as needed.
• Manage driver supply to meet demand and service levels.
• Prioritize issues and implement creative solutions in real time.
• Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes and tools.
• Analyze KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations.
