Job summary

Via is seeking a Field Manager in Stamford, CT to lead on-site transit operations within our TaaS platform. You will manage driver supply, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and respond to live customer issues ensuring exceptional service.

• Experience in project management and refining operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and unbelievable customer experience.
• Oversee on-site operations 4–5 days per week as needed (early mornings/evenings possible).
• Manage driver supply to ensure adequate vehicles meet demand.
• Prioritize issues as real-time point of contact and implement solutions.
• Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes, systems, and tools.
• Analyze KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations.
