Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the central contact for employees and supervisors. You will ensure seamless coordination between timekeeping systems, HR, and Payroll, driving accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing.

You will audit, train, and maintain system documentation while supporting access control and user enablement for new roles, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar discipline.
• 1 year or more experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years of hands‑on HR experience and policies.
• Understanding of HR role and its influence on business and employees.
• Ability to train and influence system users effectively.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interplay.
• Knowledge of compliance rules (US/PR/Canada) for timekeeping.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system (navigation, payroll disputes, time-off balances, holidays).
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy compliance, CBAs, data integrity, and system performance.
• Maintain collaborative relationship with HR and Payroll to stay informed on processes and updates.
• Update and distribute training materials for evolving system needs and compliance.
• Ensure timely access provisioning and training for new users and role changes.
• Set up proxies to ensure uninterrupted service during absences.
• Provide user support and resolve inquiries related to system navigation and integrations.
