Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the central point of contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it. You will ensure system integrity, coordinate with HR and Payroll, and support timely and accurate payroll processing.

The role involves troubleshooting, guiding users, and collaborating on system enhancements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. A strong emphasis on training and access management is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar discipline is required.
• 1 year or more experience with time keeping systems is a plus.
• 2 years or more hands-on HR experience and policies are required.
• Understanding of HR role and its impact on business and employees is essential.
• Ability to train and influence system day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials.
• Ensure new users and role transitions have timely system access and training.
• Complete proxy set-ups to avoid service disruption during absences.
