Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the central point of contact for employees and supervisors using the timekeeping system. You will bridge between the system, users, and HR/Payroll to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with internal policies and regulations.

You will conduct audits, guide users, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements while maintaining system integrity and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with timekeeping systems and payroll processes.
• Ability to partner with HR and Payroll to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with audits and compliance for timekeeping policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating timekeeping systems.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain relationship with HR/Payroll to communicate updates and resolve disputes.
• Update and distribute training materials for evolving system needs.
• Ensure new users have timely access and training for the system.
