Job summary

Ryder seeks a Timekeeping SME to serve as a central contact for employees and supervisors using timekeeping systems. You will coordinate with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing, troubleshoot issues, guide users, and support system enhancements.

You will conduct audits, maintain training materials, and ensure access and proxy setups for new or transitioning users, while collaborating across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in HR, business, IT, or related field.
• 1+ year experience with timekeeping systems preferred.
• 2+ years HR practices knowledge and payroll awareness required.
• Understanding HR's role in business and effective user training.
• Ability to train and influence system users.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support for timekeeping systems and users.
• Conduct audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders on updates and issues.
• Update training materials to reflect system changes and regulations.
• Ensure timely access provisioning and role-based access for new and existing users.
• Set up proxies to maintain service during absences.
