Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to act as a central contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it. You will bridge the system, users, and HR/Payroll, ensuring seamless payroll processing and regulatory compliance.

You will audit timekeeping, coordinate with HR and Payroll, and lead user training. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with timekeeping systems preferred.
• Associates degree in HR, business, computer systems or related field is required.
• Knowledge of HR practices and policies in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain relationship with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update training materials to reflect system enhancements and regulatory changes.
• Ensure new users have appropriate access and training.
