Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a Frontliner Theatre Staff member for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. You will interact with guests behind concessions and the box office, ensuring a magical and enjoyable experience. The role requires a flexible schedule and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling tickets and concessions, maintaining cleanliness, and cooperating with team members to uphold theatre policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications; all certifications paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Operate point-of-sale for tickets, concessions, or merchandise.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness in lobbies, restrooms, and concessions.
• Assist with ushering duties and enforce theatre policies.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent guest service.
