Job summary

B&B Theatres in Omaha is seeking a frontliner Theatre Staff member to work behind concessions and the box office, interacting with guests to create magical and fun experiences. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.

You will be responsible for greeting guests, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with team members to ensure exceptional guest service. Prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay current on new releases and upcoming movies.
• Coordinate with team to deliver guest service excellence.
• Operate registers for ticketing and concessions; process transactions.
• Prepare and serve concession items; follow food safety standards.
• Keep theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas clean.
• Assist with ushering duties and enforce theatre policies.
• Support opening/closing procedures and restock cash and supplies.
