Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a frontliner Theatre Staff member to work behind concession and box office, interacting with guests to create magical experiences. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will help greet guests, manage transactions, prepare concessions, and maintain clean theatres while embracing our values of family, fun, innovation, joy, and integrity. Flexibility in scheduling is important as theatres operate year-round, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications; certifications paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions for guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning and seating.
• Support opening/closing procedures, restocking and cash handling.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent guest service and theatre operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
