Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a friendly frontliner to support concession and box office operations. You’ll greet guests, process transactions, and ensure a welcoming experience during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Roles include cross-department duties, maintaining clean spaces, and upholding safety and food handling standards while delivering enthusiastic service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at time of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly, professional service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning and guiding guests to seats.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including restocking and cash/securities handling.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
