Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a frontliner to work behind concession and box office, engaging guests and making each visit magical and enjoyable. This part-time role requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability to support busy showtimes.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions, selling concessions, and maintaining a clean, safe theatre environment. Prior customer service experience is valued, with on-the-job training for certifications provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications (paid by the company).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and assist guests promptly.
• Handle ticketing and concessions transactions.
• Sell concessions and assist with product knowledge.
• Keep theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas clean.
• Assist with ushering duties and follow theatre policies.
