Job summary

B&B Theatres is hiring frontliner Theatre Staff to work behind concessions and box office, interacting with guests to make each experience magical and fun. This part-time role requires evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

You will uphold our core values of family, fun, innovation, joy and integrity, deliver friendly guest service, process transactions, stock supplies, and keep theatres clean and safe for every show.

Note: theatres operate 365 days a year, so scheduling flexibility is important.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications; company pays for required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions for guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning and guiding guests to seats.
