Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a friendly Theatre Staff member to work behind the concession and box office, engaging with guests to keep experiences magical and fun. The role requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts in Overland Park, KS.

You will handle customer interactions, assist with sales, and help maintain cleanliness and safety across the theatre while supporting team members to ensure memorable visits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times.
• Responding promptly to Guest requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support.
• Staying current on new releases and upcoming movies.
• Communicating and coordinating as a team with your fellow colleagues.
• Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.
