Job summary

B&B Theatres is seeking a frontline Theatre Staff member to enhance guest experiences in our cinema locations. You will work behind concessions and at the box office, providing friendly service, processing transactions, and assisting guests with inquiries.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, selling concessions, operating POS systems, and maintaining clean theatres and lobbies. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at time of hire.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, helpful experience.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for tickets, concessions, or merchandise.
• Prepare and serve concession items following food safety standards.
