Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. seeks a Theater Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience. You will handle transactions at the POS, verify tickets, and guide Guests to their seats while delivering accurate information about pricing and showtimes.

The role requires strong guest service skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team members may cross-train as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and complete basic food handling training where required.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work well in a team.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to the auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie and event information; responds to Guest questions.
• Keeps theatre property clean and maintains safety in the auditoriums.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
