Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking friendly Team Members to create a welcoming Guest experience in our theatres. You will greet Guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and share movie information while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Role involves cross-functional duties (Usher, Box Office, Concession) as staffing needs arise, with hours that include evenings, weekends and holidays. Prioritize energetic, customer-focused service in a dynamic cinema setting.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring friendly, proactive service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to their auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and policy details to Guests.
• Respond to guest questions with professional, quality service.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness in lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums and exits.
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist with cross-functional duties (Usher, Box Office, Concession) as required.
