Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking cinema Team Members to create a welcoming environment for Guests. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, promotions and more while ensuring the highest service quality.

Roles may include Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties depending on staffing needs. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS, ticket verification, and providing information to Guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training or local certification may be required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance expected.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with strong guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and provide friendly, accurate service.
• Operate the POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets and guide Guests to their auditorium per MPAA policies.
• Provide pricing, show information, and answer questions for Guests.
