Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with guest service focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to the auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and answers phone inquiries.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across facilities.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as needed.
