Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to welcome Guests, answer questions, and support operations across box office, concessions, and ushering as needed. You will handle transactions, verify tickets, and help maintain a safe, clean theater environment.

The role emphasizes friendly guest service, reliability, and ability to work in a dynamic theater setting with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular attendance and reliable attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and excellent guest service.
• Good English communication; ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and event details.
• Respond to guest questions with quality customer service.
• Conduct theater inspections to monitor sound and safety.
• Keep facilities clean in lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums and exits.
• Assist with opening and closing duties; perform other duties as assigned.
