Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience across theater operations. You will greet Guests, operate the POS for transactions, verify tickets, and provide accurate information on pricing and showtimes.

A team-based, customer-first approach is essential. The role spans Usher, Box Office, and Concession tasks as needed, with focus on safety, cleanliness, and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and basic math accurately.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Keeps theatre clean and safe; monitors safety issues.
