Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming experience for our guests across the cinema floor. You will greet guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and share information about showtimes, pricing, and events.

The role may include duties as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist based on staffing needs. We value energetic, friendly individuals who communicate well in English, work as part of a team, and handle cash accurately.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on your register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to auditoriums; share showtimes, pricing, and events.
• Maintain clean, safe theatre environment and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
