Cinemark is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming environment for Guests, handling tickets, concessions, and information with accuracy and courtesy. Roles may include Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties based on staffing needs.

Team Members excel in customer service, operate the POS system, and ensure theater safety and cleanliness while providing a memorable cinema experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training or local certifications as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to take direction and follow procedures.
• Sense of urgency in service delivery.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Operate the theatre's POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct guests to the correct auditorium.
• Provide information on pricing, movies, events, and promotions.
• Respond to guest questions with professional customer service.
• Ensure theater cleanliness and safety across areas.
• Monitor safety and security, reporting issues to management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
