Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to greet Guests, handle transactions at the POS, and assist with ticket verification and guidance to auditoriums. You will provide theatre information, maintain clean facilities, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Success requires a friendly, energetic attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on your register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to their auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information and theatre details to Guests.
• Keep the theatre clean and safe, monitor sound and presentation quality.
