Job summary

Regal in High Point, NC seeks adaptable team members for Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. As a part of our guest service team, you will handle cash, operate POS, upsell premium experiences, promote Crown Club, and ensure compliance with MPAA and safety policies.

Strong communication, math accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced theatre are important. Training includes cast certification and Regal Online University; flexible hours include part-time and full-time hourly positions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made.
• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete any legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system and handle cash with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote ticket sales in accordance with MPAA ratings and policy.
• Respond to guest questions in a friendly, service-driven manner.
• Operate, prepare and clean concession equipment; stock and inventory.
• Tear tickets, direct guests, enforce MPAA ratings, and maintain theatre safety.
