Regal is hiring Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. These positions can be variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining attendance, safety, and dressing in accordance with company policy.

You will operate POS systems, process payments, upsell Premium Viewing options, promote Regal Crown Club, and help ensure MPAA compliance, cleanliness, and smooth theater operations before,

Qualificações

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving it, complete state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Box Office: Operate POS system and handle cash accurately; upsell Premium Viewing experiences; promote Regal Crown Club.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage cash, stock, and inventory; upsell; comply with food safety laws.
• Usher: Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, monitor safety and cleanliness; assist with seating and in-theatre sales.
