Job summary

Regal is seeking team members to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will ensure guest satisfaction, process transactions, promote club programs, and help maintain a clean, safe theatre environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and POS transactions.
• Ability to upsell and promote club programs.
• Completion of Regal training programs (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system and handle cash, card, and ticket transactions with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Respond to guest questions and maintain MPAA-compliant ticketing.
• Manage concession stock and equipment, process orders, and ensure food-safety compliance.
• Perform usher duties: tearing tickets, directing guests, and maintaining auditorium safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and report issues to management.
