Job summary

Regal Floor Staff roles are to ensure guests receive exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties. Responsibilities include operating POS, upselling Premium Viewing, and promoting Regal Crown Club while maintaining MPAA compliance and a clean, safe theatre environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, capable of standing for long periods, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier, or progress toward completion.
• Operating POS system and handling cash, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and coupons.
• Promoting Regal Crown Club and upselling Premium Viewing Experience.
• Good public speaking, listening, and clear communication.
• Perform fast and accurate calculations.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to schedules.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash/credit/card transactions for Box Office and Concession.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Crown Club.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and ensure MPAA rating compliance.
• Promote and ensure food safety compliance where applicable in Concession.
• Tear tickets, guide patrons, and enforce MPAA ratings as Usher.
• Maintain cleanliness of theaters and assist with opening/closing duties.
