Job summary

Regal is seeking part-time/hours-based staff to ensure exceptional guest service in Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Responsibilities span operating POS, promoting program benefits, ticketing, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across theatre areas.

Team members may be scheduled variable hours, with a focus on attendance, professionalism, and compliance with dress code and policies. Training includes alcohol service where applicable and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Ability to complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training where applicable.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Box Office and concessions stations with accuracy and courtesy.
• Uphold Regal's guest service standards and assist guests as needed.
• Tear tickets, usher guests to seats, and monitor theatre safety and cleanliness.
