Job summary

REGAL CINEMAS, INC. is seeking team members to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will handle POS transactions, promote premium viewing options, and engage guests with a friendly, safety-focused service approach.

Responsibilities include ticket sales, program promotions, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting theatre operations. Training covers safety, harassment and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Alcohol training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training when applicable.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and coupons accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote ticket sales following MPAA ratings and company policy; handle guest questions.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, restrooms, and lobby; assist with usher duties as needed.
• Read, understand and follow training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination policies.
