Job summary

Regal Cinemas in High Point, NC is seeking part-time Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. Team members are scheduled based on theatre needs and availability and must follow dress code and attendance policy.

Responsibilities include operating POS, upselling Premium Viewing, promoting Regal Crown Club, enforcing MPAA ratings, assisting guests, and keeping areas clean. Requires cast certification progress and completion of Regal training.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash and card transactions.
• Willingness to complete Regal training programs and alcohol service certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS, handle cash/credit transactions, and upsell Premium Viewing.
• Concession: manage stock, cash handling, and comply with food safety standards.
• Usher: guide patrons, enforce MPAA ratings, and maintain theatre cleanliness.
