Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is seeking part-time team members for Concession and Usher roles. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash and tickets, upselling Premium Viewing experiences, and promoting the Regal Crown Club.

Staff may work in concession or as ushers, with emphasis on attendance, guest service, and safety. Roles involve maintaining clean theatres, following MPAA and policy guidelines, and supporting opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system accurately handling cash, credit cards, gift cards and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure adherence to MPAA rating system and company policy; assist guests with questions.
• Direct patrons to seats, manage crowd control, and inspect theatres for safety and cleanliness.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain concession and theatre areas in clean condition.
