Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support guest services across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. The position emphasizes consistent attendance, safety, and adherence to dress code while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include cash handling, ticket sales, upselling premium experiences, and maintaining theatre cleanliness. Training on MPAA policies and Regal standards will be provided to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving alcohol, complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office: manage cash, tickets, and promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Operate Concession: handle cash, stock, and upsell items; ensure compliance with food safety laws.
• Perform Usher duties: assist guests to seats, enforce MPAA rating system, conduct in-theatre inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across theatres including lobbies, restrooms and auditoriums.
