Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system in Box Office with accuracy for cash, cards, tickets and discounts.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Maintain concessions area, stock, safety and cleanliness in line with local laws.
• Assist in usher duties: seating, crowd control, and safety, plus theatre inspections.
• Follow training materials including harassment and discrimination policies.
