Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle ticketing, sales, and guest service while adhering to attendance and safety standards. Training includes cast certification and Regal policy compliance.

Responsibilities cover operating POS systems, upselling, promoting rewards programs, enforcing MPAA rules, and maintaining clean, safe theatre environments. Alcohol service requires certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Possess strong public speaking and listening skills.
• Excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsabilités

• Operate POS system accurately, handle cash, cards, and tickets.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell Premium Viewing experiences.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policy.
