Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support concessions, box office, and usher operations. You will handle cash, promote loyalty programs, operate POS systems, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

You may direct patrons, enforce ratings, inspect theatres, and help maintain cleanliness and order during and after shows. Training includes cast certification and beverage server requirements where applicable.

Formación

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Operate POS system and handle cash drawer, cards, and vouchers with accuracy.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and manage concession stock.
• Prepare and clean concession equipment and maintain stock inventory.
• Upsell and suggestive selling in concession areas.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums and ensure seating is orderly and safe.
• Enforce MPAA ratings and monitor theatre safety and cleanliness.
• Perform in-theatre inspections to ensure sound and image quality and report issues to management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and maintain restrooms and lobby areas.
