Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession Stand or Usher duties. The role offers variable hours including part-time fixed or full-time hourly options and requires reliable attendance and a focus on exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include operating POS, upselling Premium Viewing, promoting Crown Club, and ensuring MPAA compliance. Training on safety and company policies is provided.

Mansioni

• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
• Promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and policy.
• Respond to guest questions in a courteous, service-focused manner.
• Tear and deposit tickets, direct patrons to seating, and monitor theatre safety.
