Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support theatre operations across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle POS transactions, assist guests with seating, enforce MPAA ratings, and promote Regal Crown Club programs.

Requirements include completion or progress of cast certification, and relevant alcohol training if applicable. You will work varied shifts and uphold attendance and safety standards in a dynamic cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion required or in progress.
• Alcohol training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training required.
• State/local training for alcohol consumption may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer accurately.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure tickets comply with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums and assist with seating and safety.
• Inspect bags when applicable and maintain theatre security.
• Perform in-auditorium concession sales as directed by management.
• Clean auditoriums and maintain restrooms and lobby areas.
