Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to work in Box Office, Concession, or as an Usher. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, promoting Crown Club, and ensuring tickets and concessions meet policy standards.

Ideal candidates have cast certification and experience with cash handling, customer service, and enforcing MPAA ratings. Training and alcohol policy compliance may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier, or progress toward completion required.
• If alcohol sales apply, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
