Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to join our team and provide exceptional guest service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling cash accurately, and promoting Premium Viewing experiences while ensuring MPAA guidelines are followed.

The role also involves assisting guests, ensuring a clean environment, and maintaining Crown Club membership awareness. Training includes cast certification and beverage serving where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash handling accuracy and processing of payments.
• Upselling Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Crown Club program.
• Sell tickets in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy.
• Assist guests with questions and direct them to their seats.
• Clean theatre areas and restock/concession stock as needed.
