Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support multiple theatre operations, including Box Office, Concession and Usher duties. You will handle POS transactions, assist guests, upsell premium experiences, and promote the Regal Crown Club while ensuring policy compliance and guest safety.

Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to manage crowds. Training on cast certification, beverage service where applicable, and reading materials will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash drawer, credit cards, and tickets
• Upsell/promote Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX)
• Promote Regal Crown Club program to guests
• Direct patrons to seats and enforce MPAA ratings and theatre policies
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety; manage openings/closes when assigned
