Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, promoting Crown Club, and ensuring MPAA compliance. Candidates should be able to read training materials on harassment and safety and work well in a team.

Flexibility in schedule to cover variable hours, with duties across theater areas and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Previous theatre experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completed or in progress.
• Box office cashier experience preferred.
• Completion of required alcohol training where applicable (e.g., Regal Responsible Beverage Server).
• Good public speaking and listening skills are required.
• Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash drawer, credit cards, and tickets accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing options and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Sell tickets in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policy; handle guest questions courteously.
• Operate concession POS, manage inventory, and ensure food-safety compliance.
• Tear tickets, guide patrons to seats, and enforce MPAA rating rules in theatres.
• Inspect theatres for quality, safety, and cleanliness; assist with opening/closing duties.
