Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support guests across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle ticketing, food service, and ushering with a focus on exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, complying with safety and policy standards, and participating in training programs to support a safe, welcoming cinema experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Complete Regal Online University training.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS, handle cash & cards, tickets, and upsell premiums.
• Concession: operate POS, handle cash, stock inventory, upsell and ensure food safety compliance.
• Usher: tear tickets, guide patrons to seats, enforce MPAA ratings, assist with crowd control.
• Read training materials on harassment and discrimination; maintain theatre cleanliness; perform opening/closing duties as assigned.
