Job summary

Regal seeks Floor Staff to deliver exceptional guest service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will operate POS systems, handle cash and cards, upsell Premium Experiences, and promote the Crown Club program while following MPAA and safety policies.

Ideal candidates will have cast certification and Regal beverage server training, with strong communication, punctuality, and a polished appearance consistent with dress code expectations.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash drawer and card transactions in Box Office.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote policy adherence and MPAA ratings in selling tickets.
• Handle concessions cash and inventory, and upsell where appropriate.
• Tear tickets, direct guests to auditoriums, and maintain theatre cleanliness.
