Job summary

Regal is seeking floor staff to deliver exceptional guest service across concessions, box office, and usher roles in a fast-paced theatre environment. The position requires reliable attendance and a readiness to handle alcohol service where permitted by law.

You will read and follow training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination modules and complete cast certification as needed. Responsibilities include cash handling, up-selling, and promoting the Regal Crown Club.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and cash handling.
• Ability to operate POS and manage coupons.
• Alcohol service requires legal age and training where applicable.
• Completion or progress toward Regal cast certifications is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA rating system and food safety laws.
• Provide exceptional guest service in concession, box office, or usher roles.
