Job summary

Regal is hiring Floor Staff to support theatre operations across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will provide exceptional guest service, handle cash and transactions, and help maintain a clean, safe theatre environment during shows.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, selling tickets, promoting Crown Club benefits, and assisting guests with seating and questions while adhering to PPE and dress code policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program or progress toward completion is required.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Good public speaking and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate box office POS and cash drawer with accuracy.
• Concession duties including stock and food safety compliance.
• Usher duties: seat guests and monitor auditorium during shows.
• Assist with opening/closing theatre tasks as assigned.
