Job summary

Regal Miami is seeking Floor Staff to join our team as Box Office, Concession, or Usher. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service, maintain attendance and cleanliness, and adhere to dress code and safety policies.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash and cards, upselling premium options, promoting Regal Crown Club, enforcing MPAA ratings, inspecting theatres, and assisting guests to their seats.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion is required.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training is required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer, cards, passes and coupons.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Crown Club membership.
• Promote compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Assist guests at box office and concession, and maintain theatre cleanliness.
• Inspect theatres, monitor sound and picture quality, and enforce safety rules.
