Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to assist guests across Box Office, Concession, and Usher positions. Duties include operating POS systems, handling cash and coupons, and promoting premium experiences while ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Candidates should have strong attendance, ability to handle emergencies, adhere to dress code, and participate in opening/closing duties as required.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Public speaking and listening; respond clearly and directly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
• Identify problems, gather data, and evaluate information under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests in Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles with accuracy and courtesy.
• Operate POS systems; handle cash, cards, vouchers; ensure accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with dress code across areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Report problems or unusual situations to management.
