Certus Home Services is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run a defined territory with uncapped commission and a company-provided vehicle. You’ll receive leads, training, and a proven sales process to build your book of business.

You’ll be measured by sales targets, rapid lead response, and accurate proposals, with potential for advancement as you grow your territory and recurring revenue. This is field sales with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background and drug screening.
• No pest control experience required; training will be provided.
• Proven ability to close sales and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Respond to 95%+ of leads within 24 hours to win deals.
• Maintain 98%+ accuracy in proposals and contracts.
• Grow territory recurring revenue through prospecting and upselling.
• Build and own a book of business with a real pipeline.
